Product images do the work of labels, so the right drink is found by sight in a busy moment.
A coffee shop order dashboard built around fast service, clear menus, and effortless order flow.

Breww is an order management dashboard for coffee shops. It helps teams take orders, move them through preparation, track stock, and remember customer preferences — all from one screen behind the counter.
The project focused on making a busy service feel calm: a menu that is quick to tap through, an order list that shows what is waiting, and statuses that everyone on the team can read at a glance.

Independent coffee shops often run on a mix of paper tickets, basic tills, and memory. During a rush, orders get lost, regular customers repeat themselves, and nobody has a clear view of what is running low.
The dashboard needed to speed up ordering without adding steps, and to give the team a shared, live picture of the queue.

Studying how orders move from the till to the bar to the customer, and where they stall.
Grouping drinks and food into short, visual categories that can be scanned in seconds.
Defining clear stages — new, preparing, ready, collected — and giving each a distinct visual state.
Adding a customer panel so names, notes, and usual orders travel with every ticket.
Pairing a dark interface with warm product photography and a soft pink accent for a boutique feel.

The visual language is dark, warm, and indulgent.
Rich coffee photography sits on a near-black interface, with a soft pink-violet accent marking actions and active states.
Rounded cards and generous spacing keep the screen touch-friendly for tablets on the counter.
The experience is designed for speed under pressure.
Staff pick items from an image-led menu, adjust options, and send the order in a few taps.
The orders board groups tickets by stage, with counts at the top so the team always knows how many drinks are waiting.
A welcome view greets the barista with the day’s orders and quick access to the menu, keeping the most common actions within reach.
Product images do the work of labels, so the right drink is found by sight in a busy moment.
Order totals by stage sit above the list, turning the queue into something the whole team can read.
Customer notes stay attached to each ticket, so regulars get their usual without repeating it.
Large targets and clear cards make the dashboard comfortable to use on a counter tablet.
Breww turns coffee shop ordering into a smooth, visible flow from till to cup.
The dashboard gives small teams the structure of a larger operation while keeping the warmth of a neighbourhood café.
Faster orders, happier regulars, and a calmer counter.
