Overview

CareNet is a veterinary healthcare platform developed for clinics managing animal patients, appointments, medical records, and daily care schedules. The work focused on organizing pet health data, treatment status, consultation activity, and clinic appointments into one clear and calm digital system.

02

Initial condition

Veterinary clinics often manage patient records, appointment lists, treatment notes, and owner communication across separate systems. The project needed stronger structure, clearer patient visibility, and a more direct relationship between pet health records, appointment planning, and clinic workflow.

03

Design intent

  • Create a clear patient system for veterinary teams
  • Make animal records, conditions, and appointment status easy to review
  • Support daily scheduling through a simple calendar structure
  • Organize medical data around treatment, scans, vitals, and care notes
  • Build a light healthcare interface that feels calm, warm, and professional
04

  5. 05

    Refinement

Adjusting spacing, soft colors, hierarchy, table structure, and status visibility for faster clinical review.

05

Visual language

The visual language is built on a white interface, soft yellow accents, muted blue-grey typography, rounded cards, and gentle healthcare imagery. Each screen uses clear spacing and light contrast to make patient information feel organized, approachable, and easy to read during daily clinic work.

Key design moves

Patient Records First

Animal patient data is organized through a clear table with name, condition, ID, email, phone number, date added, and status.

Care-Based Overview

The dashboard brings appointments, consultations, surgeries, patient records, and daily schedules into one view.

Clinical Context

Health information is supported through scan cards, ECG references, heart-rate data, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, and foods to avoid.

Soft Appointment System

The calendar and appointment list help clinic teams review daily consultations, vaccinations, medication reminders, and scheduled care.

Warm Healthcare Identity

The light interface and soft yellow accents create a more approachable veterinary experience without losing structure.

08

Outcome

The final system gave CareNet a clearer veterinary healthcare experience across patient records, appointments, and clinical information. The platform connects animal profiles, treatment status, schedules, and medical data inside one composed interface designed for daily clinic use.

A clear veterinary system helps clinics manage care with more structure, warmth, and confidence.
