Overview

Clevy is a logistics and inventory platform designed for teams managing shipments, orders, warehouse capacity, payments, and sales performance from one dark-mode operating system.

The product connects shipment creation, documentation, carrier selection, invoice generation, tracking, warehouse insights, store performance, and sales analytics. The design positions Clevy as a premium logistics control platform built for clarity, speed, and operational confidence.

02

Initial condition

Logistics teams often manage shipments through separate tools for orders, labels, invoices, tracking, stock, and warehouse reporting. This creates delays, missed information, and a lack of visibility across the full shipment lifecycle.

Clevy needed to bring these workflows into one guided system. The challenge was to make a data-heavy logistics product feel sharp, premium, and easy to operate without losing functional depth.

03

Design intent

  • Create a guided shipment flow from order entry to tracking activation
  • Connect logistics, inventory, payments, and sales analytics in one platform
  • Make shipment documentation and invoice generation easier to control
  • Give teams a clear view of stock, warehouse capacity, and risk alerts
  • Use a dark interface that feels precise, modern, and operational
04

Approach

  1. 01

    Workflow Mapping

Studying the shipment journey from basic order details to warehouse handoff and tracking.

  2. 02

    System Structure

Organizing the platform around shipments, store performance, payments, inventory, and analytics.

  3. 03

    Shipment Flow

Designing a seven-step process for shipment information, recipient details, delivery preferences, package details, invoice, documentation, and tracking.

  4. 04

    Operational Dashboard

Creating a clear view of delivered orders, pending shipments, stock, revenue, sales, and inventory status.

  5. 05

    Data Visualization

Building dark-mode charts, performance cards, KPI panels, stock graphs, and risk alerts for fast review.

  6. 06

    Final Interface

Refining spacing, contrast, buttons, forms, and navigation to keep the product clean and controlled.

05

Visual language

The visual language is dark, focused, and logistics-driven.

The interface uses a black base with deep charcoal panels, white typography, and violet as the main brand accent. This creates a strong operational identity while keeping important actions visible.

The shipment flow uses a violet left-side step panel, giving the process a clear sense of progression. Completed steps are marked with check icons, while active steps remain visible through strong contrast.

Charts, cards, buttons, and status indicators follow the same visual rhythm. Purple highlights are used for active states, analytics, progress, and primary actions. Green, red, yellow, and blue appear only for performance, alerts, and status signals.

The result feels technical without becoming cold.

User experience

The experience is built around operational flow.

The dashboard gives teams an immediate view of delivered items, pending shipments, total orders, stock, sales, recent orders, and inventory. It works as a control screen for daily logistics activity.

The new shipment flow guides users through seven clear stages. Each step focuses on one decision, reducing the chance of missed information.

Shipment information covers shipment ID, shipping method, shipment type, weight, and dimensions. Recipient details separate sender and recipient data into clean input zones. Delivery preferences help users select carriers, service levels, and working-day logic.

Package details define item selection, package type, and handling instructions such as fragile, perishable, or hazardous. Pricing and invoice generation show base rate, handling fees, insurance, duties, and total cost before confirmation.

The documentation step gives users access to shipping labels, bill of lading, customs forms, and warehouse submission. The final tracking step confirms warehouse receipt, customer notification, and tracking activation.

Beyond shipment creation, Clevy supports business monitoring through sales analytics, warehouse capacity, stock turnover, payroll summary, and risk alerts. This turns the platform into more than a shipment form. It becomes a daily operations layer for commerce and fulfillment teams.
