Route as the Hero
The live route is the largest element on the tracking screen, so progress is understood before any number is read.
A real-time fleet tracking dashboard shaped around live routes, delivery status, and operational clarity.
FleetFusion Tracker is a fleet management dashboard built to solve the complexity of running vehicles, drivers, and deliveries at the same time. It brings live vehicle locations, route progress, order activity, and financial summaries into one operating view.
The work focused on turning a constant stream of movement and status changes into a calm, readable control room — on desktop for dispatch teams, and on mobile for managers following a single order on the move.

Fleet teams usually jump between maps, spreadsheets, driver messages, and billing tools to answer simple questions: where is this vehicle, is this order on time, and what has been invoiced. The information exists, but it is scattered and slow to act on.
The platform needed one structure where location, delivery status, and performance could be read at a glance, with detail available the moment something needs attention.

Following an order from dispatch to delivery to understand which moments need attention and which can stay quiet.
Ranking what a dispatcher looks at first: live position, status, delay risk, then history and billing.
Designing the tracking view around the route itself, with order details and driver contacts docked beside it.
Turning shipment volume, income, and country activity into charts that read in a second on a dark canvas.
Translating the same components into a compact mobile view for tracking a single order.

The visual language is dark, precise, and signal-driven.
A deep navy base lets routes, markers, and status colours carry the information, while a violet-to-blue gradient frame gives the product a confident, technical identity.
Typography stays small and disciplined so dense tables and live data remain legible.
The experience is built around watching and reacting.
Dispatchers see every active order in a list beside the live map, with status tags that change colour as deliveries progress.
Selecting an order focuses the route, shows the assigned driver, and exposes contact actions without leaving the view.
The admin overview gathers shipments over time, income summaries, and the most active regions, so managers can move from the big picture to a single vehicle in two steps.
The live route is the largest element on the tracking screen, so progress is understood before any number is read.
Each delivery state has its own colour, keeping long lists scannable at a glance.
Every summary card links straight into the orders behind it, removing dead ends.
Desktop and mobile share the same components, so the product feels familiar wherever it is opened.
FleetFusion Tracker turns fleet coordination into a single, readable control room.
The dashboard gives dispatch and management teams a shared view of vehicles, deliveries, and revenue, ready to be extended with new regions, vehicle types, and reporting.
Every vehicle, every route, every order — in one place, in real time.
