Overview
Fusion is a property and renovation management platform developed for real estate teams, project managers, and property owners. The work focused on organizing active projects, renovation costs, sales data, invoices, schedules, and property listings into one clear operational system.
Initial condition
Property and renovation workflows often rely on separate tools for project updates, client data, quotes, schedules, invoices, and financial tracking. The project needed stronger structure, clearer hierarchy, and a more direct relationship between project progress, property data, and business performance.
