Guided Event Creation
The setup flow breaks a complex event process into clear, manageable stages.

Harmony is an event lifecycle management platform designed for companies managing events, vendors, budgets, logistics, communication, and team execution from one place.
The platform brings event planning into a structured workflow, from event details and milestone planning to task assignment, supplier selection, budget forecasting, and final launch confirmation. The design positions Harmony as an operational control system for event teams, not just a planning dashboard.

Event teams often work across disconnected tools, spreadsheets, vendor calls, payment tracking, and internal task lists. This makes it difficult to control timelines, monitor costs, manage suppliers, and keep teams aligned.
Harmony needed to bring the full event process into one clear system. The challenge was to make a complex operational workflow feel focused, guided, and easy to act on.

Understanding the full event journey from brief creation to final confirmation.
Organizing the process into event details, milestones, tasks, logistics, budget, and launch stages.
Designing a high-level view for ongoing events, budget status, risks, and active schedules.
Creating a focused space for supplier performance, payments, alerts, and alternatives.
Positioning AI around timeline planning, rescheduling, vendor alternatives, and budget adjustments.
Refining step indicators, forms, tables, cards, and confirmation actions into one consistent system.
The visual direction is clean, structured, and operational.
The interface uses a white workspace, black navigation, pale grey panels, and violet-blue as the primary accent. This gives the platform a calm and professional character while keeping key actions visible.
Forms are minimal and spacious. Tables are reduced to essential information. Budget cards, vendor alerts, and timeline blocks are separated into clear zones so users can make decisions quickly without reading through dense pages.
The black sidebar gives the product a strong management feel, while rounded cards and light backgrounds keep the system approachable.
The experience is built around guided execution.
The event creation flow is divided into clear stages: new event, event details, milestone planning, task assignment, logistics management, budget planning, and final confirmation. The left-side progress tracker gives users a constant sense of where they are and what remains.
The event details screen defines the foundation of the project, including event type, primary goal, location format, and a planning prompt that can be reused by AI.
The milestone screen helps teams define dates and allows auto-rescheduling, giving the planning process more flexibility.
The task assignment screen turns the event into actionable responsibilities, with task names, start dates, due dates, and assigned team members.
The vendor and logistics screen gives users a clean supplier table with category, price, rating, search, filters, and AI-supported alternatives.
The budget screen brings financial planning into the same workflow, separating venue, vendors, catering, marketing, emergency fund, and AI recommendations.
The final confirmation screen summarizes the event, priority, timeline, team, and subtasks before launch. Users can save the project as a draft or notify the team immediately.
The main dashboard supports active management after launch. It shows ongoing event performance, budget vs spending, reallocation, cost optimization, timelines, deadlines, vendor health, and supply chain alerts.
