Overview

PlexTours is a travel platform developed for users looking to explore destinations, check visa requirements, and plan guided travel experiences. The work focused on organizing travel content, improving service clarity, and creating a cleaner digital journey across discovery, visa search, destination browsing, and guided tour sections.

02

Initial condition

The platform needed a clearer structure between travel inspiration, visa support, destination discovery, and guided tour services. The experience required stronger hierarchy, improved content grouping, and a more controlled relationship between imagery, calls to action, and service information.

03

Design intent

  • Clarify the travel service offering
  • Create a structured destination discovery flow
  • Support visa search through a direct interface
  • Use strong travel imagery to guide attention
  • Build a flexible platform for tours, guides, and travel support
04

Approach

  1. 01

    Research

Understanding how users explore destinations, compare travel options, check visa information, and look for trusted tour guidance.

  2. 02

    Direction

Defining a visual direction based on large travel imagery, high contrast sections, clean navigation, and direct call-to-action placement.

  3. 03

    System

Developing page structures for the homepage, visa page, about page, destination cards, guide sections, gallery areas, search modules, and footer communication.

  4. 04

    Application

Extending the system across destination discovery, visa checking, tour guide profiles, recommended destinations, search forms, travel statistics, and contact sections.

  5. 05

    Refinement

Adjusting headline scale, spacing, image hierarchy, button placement, and card consistency to make the platform feel clearer and more polished.

05

Visual language

The visual language is built on wide landscape imagery, black and white contrast, bright lime accents, rounded destination cards, and spacious page sections. The system uses large headlines and clear content blocks to make travel options easier to understand and act on.

Key design moves

Larger Headline System

Headlines were made more prominent to give each section stronger presence and improve page hierarchy.

Clear Destination Discovery

Destination cards organize location, duration, cost, and booking actions in a direct and readable format.

Visa Search Flow

The visa page simplifies country-to-country search through a focused input system and direct action button.

Trust Through Travel Data

Statistics, ratings, experience numbers, and customer figures help communicate credibility without adding clutter.

Strong Visual Rhythm

Large imagery, clean spacing, and contrast-based sections create a travel-focused experience that feels organized and easy to navigate.

08

Outcome

The final system gave PlexTours a clearer digital presence for travel discovery, visa checking, and guided trip planning. The platform became easier to scan, more structured across pages, and better prepared to support users from inspiration to inquiry.

A clear travel platform helps users move from interest to action with confidence.
